Koriva is made for families with children and older relatives. We say plainly how each feature works on each phone.
Zone alerts
The family is notified when someone arrives at or leaves places like home or school.
Android and iPhoneScam protection
Link check and the web filter block known phishing sites, and adult and gambling sites if the family wants.

Numbers other families reported as scams are blocked. Suspicious links in messages to a child are reported to the family.

Koriva exists to help you be there for the people you love.
Safety should never cost you your privacy.
We designed Koriva by deciding what it would not collect. The Privacy screen in the app always shows what is shared.
Each person decides
Only the person themselves can turn their location sharing on or off; a guardian cannot do it for them.
Pages are never read
The web filter only looks at addresses. Pages visited are never read or recorded; the lists stay on the phone.
Kept for a limited time
Live location is deleted after 24 hours, the daily route after 30 hours and events after 90 days.
Encrypted content
Shared message content is encrypted with the family guardians’ keys and opens only on their phones.

Does the child or older relative have to use the app?
No. They grant permissions once during setup; after that Koriva runs in the background. Only the family guardian uses the app.
Does Koriva call emergency services?
No. The emergency button alerts everyone in the family straight away. In a real emergency, call your country’s emergency number first (112 in Europe, 911 in the US and Canada).
Does every feature work on iPhone?
Most do. Apple does not let apps read the call history or other apps’ messages, so seeing a child’s calls and messages is only possible on Android. That is an iPhone limit, not a Koriva setting.
Is Koriva free?
Emergency help, location sharing, safe zones, device status and link check are always free. Other features may need a subscription; the Koriva plan screen in the app shows what applies.
How long is my data kept, and can I delete my account?
Live location is deleted after 24 hours, the daily route after 30 hours, call and message records after 30 days and events after 90 days. You can delete your account permanently in the app under Settings → Delete my account.
Which languages and countries?
Koriva speaks English, Turkish, German, French and Spanish and works in every country. Some details, such as map and route data, vary by region.
